All of our products are hand made by experienced bakers and pastry chefs using only the best, natural ingredients available to us. Our quality sustainable flours are sourced from Wholegrain Milling, a family run mill based in Gunnedah NSW. These quality flours are instrumental in producing sourdough breads with robust flavour and strength. We use age old bread making techniques. Combining cold fermentation processes with our 11 year old levean produces quality and authentic sourdough through our artisan breads. Our fruits and vegetables are sourced from local producer Fresco, butter from and our eggs from local farmers where possible.
